Steps are as follows:
1) Try task on local IP.
2) Delete nike sessions for that specific account (try again on proxy /local).
3) If that doesn't work try on regular chrome browser not uSNKRS.
4) Ensure that the chrome which is linked to uSNKRS is Version 100+. You can do this in the browser uSNKRS is using to login, by typing in chrome://version into the search bar. If chrome works and not uSNKRS, ask support.
5) If nothing works device is blocked.
